Decision Support System on Conflict Problems
in Building Construction Projects

This paper presents metagame analysis for decision making where stakeholders or players are in conflict during construction project. The value of the scenarios vary with quality, cost, schedule and environment. The program executing the analysis is developed, integrating Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in the decision of values denoting players' preference. The conflict focused in this paper is how they can supply houses to the employee in a national company in China. This conflict including the company as client, the employees as customer and the national construction firm as general contractor. The result of metageme analysis shows priority of player's preference impacts this conflict.
