Data structure in databank

The data in databank is structured according to its usage or its type, hence what kind of information it contains. There are three data structures that have been used:

First case (image on the left hand side) the root is devided into two categories, public and site categories. Site dirctory is used dy the contractor and public is used by all partners. Public directory is devided according to main users (architectural-, constructural-, heating design contractor etc.)

The second case(on the right hand side) is much similar than the first, the root is devided into two categories, public and site categories. Site directory is used by the contractor and public is used by all partners. Public directory is devided according to content of the file itself, ie tables, drawings or documents etc.

The third case (image below) is much different, the root itself is devided into several subfolders containing information of spesific partner. There should also be one common folder to hold files that are not owned by any partner. This is also used for sending comments to other partners.
